浙江省绍兴市柯桥区(原绍兴县)总工会,从建立镇街总工会、规范化运作到“一镇一品”的打造,从体制创新、机制完善到路径拓展,走出了一条具有绍兴特色的镇街总工会发展路子,曾荣获全国工会组织建设创新一等奖。在新的形势下,如何破解镇街总工会创新发展的瓶颈?这是一个迫切需要探讨的重要课题。认清镇街总工会发展新趋势实践告诉我们,突出镇街总工会主体地位,既是工会发展的现实选择,也是放眼长远的理性选择。
