目的:对广东产凤尾蕨属草药剑叶凤尾蕨提取物进行抗肿瘤活性初步研究。方法:采用MTT法检测剑叶凤尾蕨乙醇提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果:剑叶凤尾蕨提取物对人肺癌细胞H23、肝癌细胞hepG2、结肠癌细胞SW579增殖均有明显抑制作用。结论:广东产凤尾蕨属草药剑叶凤尾蕨有较好的抗肿瘤研发前景。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antitumor activity of the extract from Pteridium ferulae from Guangdong Province. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the antitumor activity of ethanol extract from Fenicera pilosicola in vitro. Results: The extract of Pteris vittatum significantly inhibited the proliferation of human lung cancer cell line H23, liver cancer cell line hepG2 and colon cancer cell line SW579. Conclusion: Pteridium spp. From Guangdong Province has good anti-tumor prospect.
