利用强碱性阴树脂从水-正丁醇溶液中分离青霉素G,对凝胶型和大孔型树脂在动态和静态条件下的吸附行为进行了对比,凝胶型201×4氯型树脂能很好地吸附青霉素G。通过对吸附后的树脂进行洗脱,表明向混合洗脱剂中添加丙酮对提高洗脱效果有利,从而获得适宜的洗脱工艺条件。说明利用离子交换法从低浓度混合溶液中回收青霉素G是可行的
The strong alkaline anion resin was used to separate penicillin G from water-n-butanol solution. The adsorption behavior of gel-type and macroporous resins under dynamic and static conditions was compared. The gel-type 201 × 4 chloride resin Absorb penicillin G well. Through the adsorption of the resin after adsorption, it indicates that the addition of acetone to the mixed eluent to improve the elution effect, so as to obtain a suitable elution process conditions. It shows that it is feasible to recover penicillin G from low concentration mixed solution by ion exchange method
