The outpatient and emergency clinics of the hospital reflect the workload of the outpatient and emergency departments of the hospital, and are also an important indicator for assessing the hospital’s medical quality and medical effectiveness. This paper uses the grey system analysis method to predict the data by identifying similar trends among the system factors.
