1 氟尿嘧啶(5-FU) 彭国英在慢性鼻炎病人双侧鼻甲下各注射5-FU2ml(含量25mg/ml)。每隔5d注射1次,4次1疗程,以1.5疗程效果较佳,总有效率95％,停药后随访1～2a未复发。此药适用于治疗下鼻甲增生肥大及长期鼻塞通气不畅应用血管收缩剂无效者。2 西米替丁 带状疱疹病例,男59例,女43例,年龄20～67y。西米替丁片,0.8g/d,qd,po。102例全部治愈。治愈时间3～7d,西米替丁为组胺H_2受体阻断剂。对组胺有显著抑制作用,使血管收缩,疼痛缓解,疱疹消失。3 纳洛酮 治疗眩晕病人36例,年龄21～75y。纳洛酮0.4mg,im或0.4mg加50％GS20ml,iv,qd,共3d,结果总有效率92％。其中多年发作的梅尼埃病也治愈。
