(一) 概述近年来,在水轮机水力、机械设计和制造方面有了新的发展,水轮机的性能有了很大的提高,这是使用电子计算机辅助设计(CAD)、电子计算机辅助生产(CAM)和新的计算机计算技术相结合的结果,它使得水轮机转轮的设计更加合理,制造精度更高。本文介绍根据通用数据库的数据,以人机对话方式进行叶片设计、流体流动及应力分析和利用数控机床加工模型与真机叶片的过程。
