所谓前瞻性,是指政工干部在科学方法指导下,能对事物产生、发展和结果做出预测,有料事能力,有预见性。在新的历史时期,面对改革中呈现出的纷繁复杂现象,我们政工干部必须要学一学三国时期的诸葛亮,做到料事准确无误,处处掌握工作的主动权。笔者认为,要从三个方面提高前瞻能力。 The so-called forward-looking means that under the guidance of scientific methods, political and military cadres can make predictions on the production, development and outcome of things, and they have the ability to make predictions.
