为全面了解广州装修市场的现状和问题,我们走访了广州市装修协会副会长兼秘书长江荣宇先生。江秘书长认为,随着人们生活水平的提高,广州市民越来越重视家居环境的改善,家居装修已成为消费热点。近年来,全国每年平均装修费用达1000亿,而广州保守估计应在100亿以上。在全国,广州平均每户装修费用高达7万元,而北京只有3万元,上海为3-4万。江秘书长提醒消费者,在装修市场繁荣的情况下,广州有些装修商为提高装修费用,误导消费者搞豪华装修。实际上,家居装修不是要用贵重材料就好,家不是宾馆。家居应自然、环保、采光好、空气流通,无压迫感。装修应采用对人体无害的环保材料。江秘书长认为,在国内,广州人对装修算是见多识广的,不缺常识,一般不会闹拆承重墙之类的笑话。广州装修市场最大的问题是,无资质的装修队伍多。广州家装公司有2000多家,其中有建设管理部门颁发的施工资质证的只有200多家。为管理好这个市场,广州市建筑装饰协会已起草了关于广州市家装市场管理的意见提交市政府。广州市建委邵主任也在建委工作会议上强调,应将家装管理纳入法制的轨道。近年来,我国装饰业年均增长率达20%。江秘书长对这个市场的前景充满信心。
In order to fully understand the status quo and problems of the decoration market in Guangzhou, we visited Mr. Jiang Rongyu, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Guangzhou Decoration Association. Secretary-General Jiang believes that with the improvement of people’s living standards, Guangzhou citizens are paying more and more attention to improving the home environment. Home decoration has become a hot spot for consumption. In recent years, the average annual renovation cost of the country has reached 100 billion, while Guangzhou is conservatively estimated at more than 10 billion. In the country, the average decoration cost per household in Guangzhou is as high as 70,000 yuan, while in Beijing, it is only 30,000 yuan, and in Shanghai it is 30,000-40,000 yuan. Secretary-General Jiang reminded consumers that in the case of a prosperous decoration market, some decoration companies in Guangzhou have been trying to increase the decoration costs and mislead consumers into engaging in luxury decoration. In fact, home improvement is not like using precious materials. The home is not a hotel. Homes should be natural, environmentally friendly, well-lit, air-flowing, and free of pressure. Decoration should use environmentally friendly materials that are harmless to the human body. Secretary-General Jiang believes that in China, people in Guangzhou are knowledgeable about the decoration, and they do not lack common sense. Generally, they do not dismantle jokes like load-bearing walls. The biggest problem in the decoration market in Guangzhou is that there are many unqualified decoration teams. There are more than 2,000 home improvement companies in Guangzhou, including only 200 construction qualification certificates issued by construction management departments. In order to manage this market, the Guangzhou Building Decoration Association has drafted opinions on the management of the home improvement market in Guangzhou to the municipal government. The director of the Guangzhou City Construction Committee Shao also stressed at the construction committee work meeting that home improvement management should be included in the legal system. In recent years, the average annual growth rate of the decoration industry in China has reached 20%. Secretary-General Jiang is full of confidence in the prospects of this market.
