在中国经济增长放缓、企业融资成本增加和产品销售持续下降的经济环境下,企业要想在市场竞争中实现其正常运营并获取经济利益,进行恰当的经济管理是必不可少的。企业的经营运作不仅会受到其内部条件的影响,同时也会受外部因素的影响,因而,在制定企业经济管理方案时一定要遵从企业的营运宗旨及其营运的实际状况,以此来保证企业的经济管理能够在保护企业各项资源时发挥其作用。本文就加强企业经济管理的重要意义进行了分析,同时对现代企业经济管理的现状及其存在的问题进行了详尽分析,并对解决这些问题及加强企业经济管理的具体措施进行了全面阐述,希望对各企业的经济管理有一定的借鉴意义。
