原发性双侧乳腺癌是指同时（两侧乳腺癌发生时间间隔＜6个月）或先后（＞6个月）发生的独立的原发癌灶。我院近年来经临床、病理确诊1例原发性双侧乳腺癌，现报告如下。患者女，59岁，住院号345325。30年前哺乳期发生左侧乳腺炎，自行破溃伤口愈合后出现一鸽蛋大小之无疼性肿块
Primary bilateral breast cancer refers to independent primary foci that occur at the same time (interval between breast cancer on both sides < 6 months) or successively (> 6 months). In recent years, our hospital has been confirmed by clinical and pathological findings in 1 case of primary bilateral breast cancer. The report is as follows. Patient female, 59 years old, hospital number 345325. 30 years ago, left mastitis occurred during breast-feeding, and a painless mass with a size of pigeon egg appeared after self-cracking wound healing.
