近年来我们应用紫外分光光度法对药房中常配的部分制剂进行了检验,方法简单、快速,准确性高,需试样量少,平均偏差不超过2%,适用于微量组分的测定。现介绍如下。一、仪器:Specord UV-VIS(CarlZeiss Jena) 二、定量方法 1.与标准品的已知吸收度比较:如氯霉素滴眼液、氯霉素甘油等制剂。从中国药典1977年版(下称药典)查出一定浓度的纯品溶液在λ_(max)处的吸收度,然后将试样以同样溶剂稀释成适宜浓度,扫描而得到λ_(max)处的A值,与标准品的吸收度比较,求出样品含量:
