本文研究了小型猪在高气压暴露不充分减压后股骨局部血流量的变化.动物在0.5MPa高厌空气舱内暴露1.5h,以0.03~004MPa/min匀速减压.骨血流量用吸入133Xe同位素清除法测定。结果为:暴露前平均骨血流量(F),左右侧分别为15.4±1.8和16.9±2.0ml/100g.min,造血骨髓组织血流量(f1)是19.1±2.0和21.3±2.1ml/100g·min(n=7).不充分减压后,F值降至10.3±1.8和11.1±1.6ml/100g·min,f1值降至13.9±1.4和13.8±1.0ml/100g·min,明显低于暴露前值(P<0.05).本研究表明:高气压暴露不充分减压可引起小型猪骨血流量降低.提示,骨供血不足是诱发减压性骨坏死的病因之一.
In this paper, we investigated the changes of local blood flow in femoral miniature piglets after decompression with high pressure. The animals were exposed to 0.5MPa high-nocturnal air-conditioned cabin for 1.5h and depressurized uniformly at 0.03 ~ 004MPa / min. Bone blood flow was measured by inhalation 133Xe isotope removal method. The results were: mean pre-exposure bone blood flow (F), left and right sides were 15.4 ± 1.8 and 16.9 ± 2.0 ml / 100g, respectively. min and hematopoietic myeloid blood flow (f1) was 19.1 ± 2.0 and 21.3 ± 2.1 ml / 100 g · min (n = 7). After insufficient decompression, the F values decreased to 10.3 ± 1.8 and 11.1 ± 1.6 ml / 100 g · min, the f1 values decreased to 13.9 ± 1.4 and 13.8 ± 1.0 ml / 100g · min, significantly lower than the pre-exposure value (P <0.05). This study shows that: inadequate decompression of high pressure exposure can cause miniature bone blood flow decreased. Tip, bone insufficiency is one of the causes of induced osteonecrosis of the decompression.
