用原子吸收光谱法测定了克山病病区、常硒非病区和低硒非病区儿童发Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量。结果表明:(1)低硒非病区组儿童发Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量与常硒非病区组无明显差异(P>005);(2)克山病病区组儿童发Cu、Zn、Mn含量与低硒和常硒非病区组儿童无明显差异(P>005),但克山病病区组儿童发Fe含量显著高于低硒和常硒非病区组(P<001)。
The contents of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in children with Keshan disease, normal selenium non-disease and low selenium non-disease were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in the content of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn between children with low selenium and non-selenium (P> 005); (2) Children with Keshan disease There was no significant difference in the content of Cu, Zn and Mn between children with low selenium and normal selenium (P> 005), but the content of Fe in children with Keshan disease was significantly higher than those with low selenium and selenium Group (P <001).
