本文研究了半钢材料的成分、组织与性能之间的关系,以便根据使用条件正确选用轧辊、并为扩大半钢轧辊的品种提供依据。 随着成分中含碳量的增加、碳化物数量增多、尺寸变大、因而提高了硬度、耐磨性,但强度、韧性下降、耐冷热疲劳性能变坏。 在含碳1.4~1.6%的半钢中加镍,有提高强度、硬度、耐磨性的效果。但在含碳1.9~2.4%的半钢中加镍对这些性能影响不大,反而使耐冷热疲劳性能下降。 稀土元素有助于提高材料的韧性并使碳化物细化,是有利元素。 文章最后给出了不同成分半钢的应用表。
In this paper, the relationship between the composition, microstructure and properties of semi-steel materials was studied in order to select the correct roll according to the conditions of use and provide the basis for expanding the varieties of semi-steel roll. As the amount of carbon in the composition increases, the amount of carbides increases and the size becomes larger, thereby improving the hardness and wear resistance, but the strength and toughness are reduced, and the hot and cold fatigue resistance deteriorates. In carbon 1.4 1.4% of the semi-steel plus nickel, to improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance effect. However, adding 1.9% to 2.4% of carbon in the semi-steel with little effect on these properties of nickel, but the resistance to thermal fatigue resistance decreased. Rare earth elements help to improve the toughness of the material and the carbide refinement, is an advantageous element. Finally, the article gives the application of semi-steel of different composition.
