目的:探讨儿童肥胖与血清瘦素和神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)浓度的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法,测定193例儿童肥胖患者和122例正常儿童对照组血清瘦素和NPY的浓度。并对其结果进行t检验。结果:儿童肥胖组血清瘦素浓度(21.7±9.9)ng/ml明显高于正常组(7.1±1.6)ng/ml(P<0.001)。重度肥胖组血清瘦素浓度(32.7±7.9)ng/ml明显高于轻度肥胖组(19.9±7.2)ng/ml(P<0.001)和中度肥胖组(23.5±6.5)ng/ml(P<0.001);中度肥胖组血清瘦素浓度明显高于轻度肥胖组(P<0.001);肥胖组血清NPY浓度(111.4±17.6)ng/L明显高于正常组(81.7±11.1)ng/L(P<0.01)。重度肥胖组血清NPY浓度(134.7±15.9)ng/L明显高于中度肥胖组(109.3±14.2)ng/L(P<0.001)和轻度肥胖组(97.8±15.7)ng/L(P<0.001);中度肥胖组血清NPY浓度明显高于轻度肥胖组(P<0.001)。结论:儿童肥胖可能与血清瘦素和NPY浓度有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between childhood obesity and serum leptin and neuropeptide Y (NPY) concentrations. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the serum levels of leptin and NPY in 193 children with obesity and 122 normal children. And the result of t test. Results: Serum leptin level in childhood obesity group was significantly higher than that in normal group (21.7 ± 9.9 ng / ml, 7.1 ± 1.6) ng / ml (P <0.001). Serum leptin concentration in severe obesity group was significantly higher than that in mild obesity group (19.9 ± 7.2) ng / ml (P <0.001) and moderate obesity group (23.5 ± 6.5) ng / ml (0.001). The concentration of serum leptin in moderate obesity group was significantly higher than that in mild obesity group (P <0.001). The concentration of NPY in obesity group was significantly higher than that in normal group (111.4 ± 17.6 ng / L, 81.7 ± 11.1 ng / L (P <0.01). Serum NPY concentration in severe obesity group was significantly higher than that in moderate obesity group (134.7 ± 15.9 ng / L, 109.3 ± 14.2 ng / L, P <0.001) and mild obesity group (97.8 ± 15.7 ng / L, P < 0.001). The serum NPY concentration in moderate obesity group was significantly higher than that in mild obesity group (P <0.001). Conclusion: Childhood obesity may be related to serum leptin and NPY concentration.
