Medical marketizations are not the culprit for “difficulty seeing a doctor or seeing a doctor.” Dean: Many people regard the consequences of over-marketization as a reason for “difficulty seeing a doctor and seeing a doctor expensive.” I do not think so. The medical market is special, but also invisible hand (market) regulation. In 30 years ago, many municipal public hospitals in our country were small-scale, poor in ability and low in standard. They were different from hospitals in developed countries in Europe and the United States. After the reform and opening up, marketization of health has promoted the highly development of health undertakings. In the case of a serious shortage of government investment, the overall service capability and level of the hospital are now approaching or exceeding the level in Europe and the United States.
