目的 :研究胶质瘤中朊病毒蛋白 (PrP)表达的生物学意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术 ,对 45例胶质瘤中PrP和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达进行定量研究和相关性分析。结果 :PrP和PC NA在各级胶质瘤中均有不同程度的表达 ,Ⅰ—Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级阳性细胞吸光度分别为 10± 3 7、 2 1± 6 8、 2 4± 6 5和 12± 4 0、 2 9± 7 2、 34± 7 9,除Ⅲ级与Ⅳ间无显著性差异外 (P >0 0 5 ) ,Ⅰ—Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级阳性细胞吸光度分别为 10± 3 7、 2 1± 6 8、 2 4± 6 5和 12± 4 0、 2 9± 7 2、 34± 7 9,除Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级间无显著性差异外(P >0 0 5 ) ,Ⅰ—Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级间比较均具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,PrP表达的程度与胶质瘤的分化程度呈负相关 ,与PCNA的表达呈正相关 (r =0 73、P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :PrP在判断胶质瘤组织学分级和预后上有较重要的使用价值
Objective: To study the biological significance of prion protein (PrP) expression in gliomas. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques were used to quantitatively analyze the expression of PrP and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 45 gliomas. Results: PrP and PC NA were expressed in different degrees in all grades of gliomas. The absorbances of positive cells of grades I-II, III, and IV were 10±37, 21±68, and 24±6, respectively. 5 and 12±4 0, 2 9± 7 2 and 34± 7 9. Absence of positive cells in grades I, II, III and IV, except for no significant difference between grade III and IV (P > 0.05).
