应用OV-275(氰丙基氰乙基硅氧烷)填充柱对生物样品中14种饱含与不饱合脂肪酸作气相色谱分析,在18分钟之内即可完成分离、定性、定量。OV-275固定液在对r-亚麻酸(C18:3 n-6)花生酸(C20:0)及芥子酸(22:1)、花生四烯酸(C20:4n-6)等脂肪酸组成的选择性优于DEGS(丁二酸二乙二醇聚酯)固定液,分离所需时间也明显短于DEGS和Silar 10C(氰丙基苯基硅氧烷)固定液。
Application of OV-275 (Cyanopropyl Cyanoethyl Ethyl Siloxane) packed column of biological samples of 14 saturated and unsaturated fatty acids for gas chromatography, within 18 minutes to complete the separation, qualitative and quantitative. The OV-275 fixative solution was composed of fatty acids such as arachidonic acid (C18: 3 n-6), arachidonic acid (C20: 0), erucic acid (22: 1), and arachidonic acid (C20: 4n-6) Selectivity is better than DEGS (succinic acid diethylene glycol polyester) fixative, and the separation time is significantly shorter than that of DEGS and Silar 10C (cyanopropyl phenyl siloxane) fixative.
