健美操是近年来兴起的集音乐、健身和体操等于一体的深受广大群众尤其是大学生喜爱并且普及性极强的体育项目。鉴于健美操具有强身健体和减肥的功效,在推广过程中也受到了广大女性同胞的青睐,并且健美操也逐渐发展成竞技体育的一种。大学生更注重身材的保持,而健美操恰恰能够满足大学生的这一需求,因此健美操成为大学生最喜爱的体育项目之一。当代大学生面临较大的学习和就业压力,心理健康状况也不容忽视,在大学健美操教学中,教学老师要多关注大学生在学习健美操过程中心理品质的变化,通过发挥健美操的魅力使大学生保持健康的心理品质。本文基于大学健美操教学的现状和当代大学生的心理状况,对健美操教学对大学生心理品质的影响进行规范分析,以期充分发挥健美操教学对提升大学生心理品质的积极作用。

Based on the current situation of college aerobics teaching and the psychological condition of contemporary college students, this paper analyzes the influence of aerobics teaching on the psychological quality of undergraduates in order to bring into full play the positive role of aerobics teaching in improving college students’ psychological quality.
