目的:探讨工作要求、工作资源与工作投入之间的关系。方法:采用中文版Utrecht工作投入量表和工作内容量表对424名证券从业人员进行了问卷调查。结果:证券从业人员工作投入水平正常,男性在工作投入总分以及奉献和专注分量表上的得分显著高于女性。在控制性别影响的情况下,工作自主度和社会支持显著地正向预测工作投入的三个维度,但工作要求与工作投入无关。结论:工作资源能在一定程度上预测工作投入。
Objectives: To explore the relationship between job requirements, job resources and job involvement. Methods: A total of 424 securities practitioners were surveyed by using the Utrecht work input scale and work content scale in Chinese. Results: The working level of the securities practitioners was normal, and the scores of men in the total work load and dedication and focus scores were significantly higher than those of women. In the control of gender influence, job autonomy and social support are significantly forward predicting the three dimensions of job involvement, but job requirements are not related to job involvement. Conclusion: The working resources can predict the work input to a certain extent.
