课堂教学的有效实施,就是指“课堂教学的实践活动是有助于学生发展的”。也就是说“是否能够促进学生的发展”成为了衡量课堂教学是否是有效实施的标准。课堂教学好坏不是教师个人教学行为决定的,也不是学生的考试成绩决定的,而是通过教师在一段时间内的教学行为和学生群体的学习行为后,学生能够获得的具体进步与发展,其核心是要看学生是否对学习感兴趣、是否主动去学以及怎么样学和会不会学。
The effective implementation of classroom teaching means that “the practice of classroom teaching is to help students develop.” In other words, “whether it can promote the development of students ” has become a measure of classroom teaching is the standard for effective implementation. The quality of classroom teaching is not determined by individual teaching behavior of teachers, nor is it determined by students’ test scores. Instead, students can obtain concrete progress and development through the teachers’ teaching behaviors and student groups’ learning behavior for a period of time. The core is to see whether students are interested in learning, whether to take the initiative to learn and how to learn and will not learn.
