行星齿轮传动的动态损失功率由啮合损失、风阻损失及轴承损失三部分组成。通过对行星齿轮传动进行动态分析 ,获得了各构件的动态运动规律及其动载荷 ,计算了行星齿轮传动的动态损失功率。在此基础上 ,提出了基于动态损失功率的行星齿轮传动的计算方法 ,并将所求得的效率称为动态效率。用本文方法对某航空行星齿轮传动的动态效率进行了计算 ,通过与常规的效率计算方法所得结果以及实验数据的比较 ,得出了用本文方法所计算的效率结果更符合行星齿轮传动实际情况的结论。
Dynamic loss of planetary gear drive power loss by the meshing, windage loss and bearing loss of three parts. Through the dynamic analysis of the planetary gear drive, the dynamic motion of each component and its dynamic load are obtained, and the dynamic loss power of the planetary gear drive is calculated. On this basis, the calculation method of planetary gear transmission based on dynamic loss power is put forward, and the obtained efficiency is called dynamic efficiency. By using this method, the dynamic efficiency of aero-planetary gear drive is calculated. Compared with the conventional efficiency calculation method and experimental data, it is found that the efficiency calculated by this method is more in line with the actual situation of the planetary gear transmission in conclusion.
