本文研究了变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等在含有一定浓度的湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)培养基上经连续传代后生物学特性的变异现象;MEBO与抗生素的协同抑菌作用;MEBO可提高小鼠外周血WBC总数、PMN百分数和小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。实验结果说明MEBO可引起烧伤感染常见细菌的变异和提高机体的非特异性免疫功能。它对研究MEBO的抗感染机理有重要意义。
In this paper, the variation of the biological characteristics of Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus after passage of MEBO medium containing certain concentration was studied. Synergistic inhibition of MEBO and antibiotics MEBO could increase the total number of WBC, the percentage of PMN and the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal phagocytes in mice. The experimental results show that MEBO can cause the common bacterial variation in burn infection and improve the non-specific immune function of the body. It is of great significance to study the anti-infective mechanism of MEBO.
