针对夏季道桥路面太阳能集热过程建立简化数学模型,为集热蓄能道路融雪化冰过程仿真分析的MATLAB平台系统提供相应模块。以该模块应用为例,分别研究了道桥路面集热时介质流速、路面材质与路况等因素的影响作用。结果表明:路面太阳能集热可以获取可观的热量,并能显著降低夏季路面温度;路面料导热性能对集热能力影响基本呈线性递减关系;载热介质流速和对集热量和流体温度作用明显,从集热蓄能综合角度考虑,其中低流速时蓄能效果更加显著应优先选择。
A simplified mathematical model is established for the solar collector process of summer road bridge pavement, and the corresponding module is provided for the MATLAB platform system of simulating ice melting process of the accumulator road. Taking the application of the module as an example, the influence of medium flow velocity, pavement material and road condition on the heat dissipation of the bridge and pavement is studied respectively. The results show that solar heat gain of the pavement can obtain considerable heat and significantly reduce the pavement temperature in summer. The thermal conductivity of the pavement material has a linear decreasing relationship with the heat collecting ability. The flow rate of the heat transfer medium has a significant effect on the heat input and fluid temperature, From a comprehensive point of view of the accumulation of heat storage, which low-speed storage effect when the more significant should be given priority.
