随着国家职业教育事业发展步伐加快,社会对高职院校培养诮型人才的标准越来越高,“双师型”教师显示出重要性。如何加强“双师型”教师队伍的激励机制建设,成为关注的热点。本文以广西高职院校为例,阐述高职院校“双师型”教师的特征,分析目前在“双师型”教师激励机制中存在的问题和改进建议。
With the accelerating pace of development of national vocational education, the society is getting more and more high standards of training qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges. Teachers of “double-teacher-type” show their importance. How to strengthen the construction of the encouragement mechanism of “double-qualified teachers” has become a hot spot of concern. This paper, taking Guangxi higher vocational colleges as an example, expounds the characteristics of “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the existing problems and suggestions for improvement in “double teacher teachers” incentive mechanism.
