本文对羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(GB—132)的免疫调节作用进行了人体和动物实验研究,结果显示,Ge—132在人体内可诱导产生干扰素和增强NK 细胞活性。20名健康成人口服合锗饮料后,血清干扰素含量(单位)由口服含锗饮料前的5.6±2.08上升至61.6±34.05(P<0.001);NK 细胞潘性由口服含锗饮料前的19.7±8.69%上升至32.25±10.79%(P<0.001)。Ge—132还可增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬氧化活性,对照组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬氧化活性(发光强度)为167.71±59.27,实验组为931.43±311.84(P<0.001)。
In this paper, human and animal experiments on the immunoregulatory effect of carboxyethyl geminal sesquioxide (GB-132) were performed. The results showed that Ge-132 can induce interferon and enhance NK cell activity in humans. The serum interferon levels (units) increased from 5.6±2.08 before oral administration of bismuth beverages to 61.6±34.05 (P<0.001) after oral administration of a combined drink for 20 healthy adults; 19.7 for NK cells prior to oral administration of bismuth beverages. ±8.69% increased to 32.25 ± 10.79% (P < 0.001). Ge-132 also increased the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages in mice. The phagocytic oxidative activity (luminescence intensity) of macrophages was 167.71±59.27 in the control group and 931.43±311.84 (P<0.001) in the experimental group.
