一、前言根据我国许多水库多年运行调度的实际资料和经验表明:洪水在进入水库库区后会发生变形,一般表现为洪峰增大,洪量集中;传播方式也由原来天然河道的洪水传播改变为水库库区的洪水传播。考虑到这两种洪水传播的方式、传播速度和时间的计算均有所不同,如何正确估计水库建成后对洪水传播时间的影响,迄今有不同的看法。为此本着毛主席关于实践认识再实践再认识的教导,我们先后对上犹江水库和松涛水库的实际观测资料进行了初步摸索。认为不仅在实际水库的防洪调度中应考虑到这一影响,而且在设计水库时也应注意到水库洪水变形的问题,以便正确、合理地拟定入库设计洪水及防洪调节计算,为确保大坝安全,合理的利用水利资源创造条件。

It is considered that this effect should be taken into account not only in flood control and regulation of actual reservoirs but also in the design of reservoirs in order to correctly and reasonably design storage flood control and flood control calculation.
