文中以节能住宅和砖混住宅的对比进行建筑热工评价,重点对建筑物的热惰定性指标、外墙墙体内部的水蒸汽渗透状况、建筑物的耗热指标进行了评价。通过对比分析证明,采用复合墙体和加厚屋面保温层厚度等技术措施的节能住宅,比采用490mm厚的实体红砖墙体的砖混住宅节能25.8%,收到了明显的节能效果。同时发现不少亟待解决的问题,并指出了关于如何降低建筑物耗热的有待研究的问题。
In this paper, the comparison of energy-saving housing and brick-concrete residential building thermal evaluation, focusing on the building’s thermal inertial indicators, the internal wall of the water vapor penetration, the building’s heat consumption indicators were evaluated. Through comparative analysis, it is proved that the energy-saving housing with technical measures such as the composite wall and thick roof insulation layer is 25.8% more energy-efficient than the 490mm-thick brick-concrete residential building with red brick walls, and has received significant energy-saving effects. At the same time, it found many problems that needed to be solved urgently, and pointed out the problems to be studied on how to reduce the heat consumption of buildings.
