为进一步改善灯盏花对牙周组织的改建,在灯盏花中加入威灵仙等副方制成复方。选用家兔35只,在其下颌切牙装置矫正器,分成4组,各组分别在牙龈深部注射单方、副方、复方及生理盐水。结果表明,在第14d时复方组兔牙移动距离较其它3组大(P<0.01或0.05);组织切片显示复方组兔牙周组织在张力侧及压力侧具有十分典型的修复及吸收相:X线显示复方组兔牙牙周压力侧硬骨板密度降低,而其它组表现不明显。初步药理机制分析表明,复方灯盏花加速牙周组织改建与其形成正畸性炎症、增加牙周微血管通透性、促进牙周原始细胞分化等功能有关。
In order to further improve the reconstruction of periodontal tissue of the Erigeron, add the clematis and other auxiliary to make the compound in the Erigeron. Thirty-five rabbits were used in this study. The mandibular incisors were divided into 4 groups. Each group was injected with the unilateral, secondary, compound and saline in the deep part of the gingival. The results showed that the movement distance of rabbit teeth in the compound group was larger than that in the other three groups on the 14th day (P <0.01 or 0.05). The histological sections showed that the periodontal tissues of the compound group had typical repairs on the tension side and the pressure side And absorption phase: The X-ray showed the reduction of the periodontal pressure side of the rabbit in compound group and the other group did not show obvious densification. Preliminary pharmacological mechanism analysis shows that the compound Breviscapus accelerate periodontal tissue remodeling and its formation of orthodontic inflammation, increased periodontal capillary permeability and promote the differentiation of periodontal primordial cells and other functions.
