此简易功法,很适合日常中拆解练习。(一)临睡静坐法取平坐或盘坐(以习惯舒适为度),闭目养神,呼吸自然,意守丹田(脐下1.5寸或3寸处),培养睡意。(二)闭目呵欠法取平坐或侧卧体位,双目轻闭,下颔部后缩(后缩到不用力为度),口张大,用鼻腔吸气,自然呼出,不必用意。在数分钟后极易产生呵欠,在打3~4个呵欠后,即有睡意。(三)睡前静卧法各种卧式均可,闭目养神,放松肌肉,意守丹田,排除杂念,培养睡意。(四)丹田随息法各种姿势皆可,取后侧卧更好,双目轻闭,有意识地气贯丹田,进行腹式呼吸法,思想集中于丹田,思维跟随呼吸而起伏,也可以用一手放在腹部,体察呼吸
