装配线的平衡性受到多种因素影响,提出通过改变生产节拍提高装配线的平衡性。考虑装配线的空闲时间和平滑性,建立了固定生产节拍下的装配线平衡目标函数。在此基础上增加了惩罚因子,分别建立了变节拍下的空闲时间目标函数和平滑性指数目标函数。采用遗传算法对目标函数求解。最后,通过实例对比了固定生产节拍下和变生产节拍下任务分配的平衡性,通过改变生产节拍装配线的平衡性得到了显著提高。该方法为平衡性难度较大的装配线提供了一种新的选择。
The balance of the assembly line is affected by many factors, raising the balance of the assembly line by changing the production cycle.
