《数学课程标准》中明确指出:“有效的数学学习活动不能是单纯地依靠模拟与记忆,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流应当是学生学习数学的重要方式。”在小学数学小组活动中,让学生把握合作规则,学会倾听,学会讨论,学会表达与交流意见,学会组织和评价,是小组合作学习的主要技能与方法,要坚持不懈地引导学生把握合作学习的方法,并形成必要的合作学习技能。下面浅谈自己在教学实践中的一些做法和体会:
