空气中氧化镉的测定多年来采用双硫腙比色法,但操作手续较烦,并使用剧毒试剂氰化物,给操作者带来很大的不便。镉的原子吸收分光光度法灵敏度高,是较好的方法,但因仪器比较昂贵,尚不能普及推广。6—溴—苯骈噻唑偶氮萘酚比色法据资料报道用于地面水和污水中镉的测定,我们试用该法用于空气中氧化镉的测定,并对该法的显色条件及各种影响因素,氧化镉样品的处理方法等进行了实验,现将结果报告于后。
