机床导轨大多是由钢或铸铁制成的,这类导轨出现划伤,在导轨没有报废的情况下应进行修复,但修复周期往往较长。为此我们研究出一种导轨划伤部位的快速修复法-常温快速固化填补法,只需35~40分钟即可将导轨划伤部位完全修复完毕,并投入使用。实践证明,这种方法操作简单,节省时间,修复质量好,成本较低,具有实用价值。这种修复法适用于机床作进给运动导轨划伤部位的修复,导轨材料为钢或铸铁。修复用填补材料的配比(重量比)为:还原铁粉(粒度为160~200目,含铁98~99%)80~85%,502瞬间强力粘结剂15~20%。
Most of the machine tool rails are made of steel or cast iron. Such rails are scratched and should be repaired without scraping the rails, but the repair cycle tends to be longer. To this end, we have developed a rapid repair method of rail scratches - rapid solidification at room temperature fill method, just 35 to 40 minutes to scratch the rail completely repaired and put into use. Practice has proved that this method is simple, save time, repair good quality, low cost, with practical value. This repair method is suitable for machine tools to feed rails for the repair of rail scratches, rail material is steel or cast iron. The weight ratio of the repaired filling material is 80-85% of reduced iron powder (particle size of 160-200 mesh, iron content of 98-99%) and 502-20% of instantaneous strong binder.
