20世纪以来,茶陵派研究呈现升温趋势,研究成果日渐丰富。茶陵派成员的构成情况研究是茶陵派整体研究中相对薄弱的环节,研究成果并不多。相关研究主要呈现四个特征:从研究成果来看,主要体现在学术专著中,单篇研究论文很少;从研究内容来看,前期研究中以成员分类为主,后期成果相继探讨界定标准与阶段划分;从研究结论来看,多数研究成果以推断为主,定论性的提法为辅;从研究方法来看,数量统计与理论分析相结合。对于茶陵派成员的界定,由于古代文学流派的松散性和不确定性,再加上历史文献的缺失,要想对其构成成员进行非常明确、非常严格的划分,尚需要进一步深入研究。
