在用激光作试验当中,发现由注入式激光器发射出的高强度极窄光束在测距应用中能提供很大的帮助。实际上,人们推断,用激光二极管制成的测距装置应当比一般的雷达更为精确。但由于缺乏适宜的激光激动电路,实现这种测距装置的速度.至今还是很慢的。激光测距仪的分辨能力要取决于脉冲发生器(?)激发的激光的最大重现率、上升时间和持续时间;而这些,依次又要取决于如何有效地消除激光二极管实际的过剩热.
In experiments with lasers, it was found that a very intense, extremely narrow beam of light emitted by an injection laser can be of great help in ranging applications. In fact, it is assumed that a distance measuring device made of a laser diode should be more accurate than a normal radar. However, due to the lack of suitable laser exciting circuits, the speed of such a distance measuring device is still very slow. The resolution of a laser range finder depends on the maximum reproducibility, rise time and duration of the laser excited by the pulse generator (?), Which, in turn, depends on how effectively the actual excess heat of the laser diode is eliminated.
