市民立场作为法社会学与生俱来的基本出发点,倾向于从普通民众的角度来提出问题、观察问题、思考问题和解决问题。市民立场相对于传统法学研究时所采取的自上而下的政府立场,使得研究者更为关注、尊重并尽量满足公民的需求、意愿、情感和态度,在一定程度上凸显出法社会学思维走向的转变和法律接受问题,进一步促进法律的多元,使得多元法之间的互动关系得到重视。
As the basic starting point born of legal sociology, citizen’s position tends to raise questions, observe problems, think problems and solve problems from the perspective of ordinary people.
