IgA 肾病是临床常见的肾小球肾炎，以系膜或毛细血管袢 IgA1沉积为主，其临床表现和病理改变各异，病情逐渐进展，糖皮质激素、 ACEI／ARB 及免疫抑制剂是目前治疗 IgAN 的一线药物。本文就免疫抑制剂治疗 IgAN 的进展作一综述。“,”IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is a common clinical glomerulonephritis mainly with IgA1 deposition in glomerular mesangi-um or capillary loops, with different clinical manifestations and pathological changes.As disease develops, Glucocorticoids, ACEI/ARB and other immunosuppressant are the main therapy drugs for IgAN.This paper reviews the progress of immunosuppressant therapy for IgA nephropathy.
