采用组织分析和拉伸试验,研究了Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb(%,质量分数)合金的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,铸态Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb合金的显微组织由α-Mg基体和Mg24Y5、Mg41Sm5、Mg2Ca、Mg3Sb2相组成。时效态Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb合金具有良好的室温及高温力学性能,在室温下的抗拉强度为266 MPa,200℃时为244 MPa,300℃时仍高达208 MPa,其抗拉强度稳定性优于发展最为成功的商用耐热镁合金WE43。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb (%, mass fraction) alloy were studied by means of microstructure analysis and tensile test. The results show that the microstructure of as-cast Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb alloy consists of α-Mg matrix and Mg24Y5, Mg41Sm5, Mg2Ca and Mg3Sb2 phases. The aged Mg-5Y-3Sm-0.8Ca-0.5Sb alloy has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, with the tensile strength of 266 MPa at room temperature, 244 MPa at 200 ℃ and 208 MPa at 300 ℃ Tensile strength stability is better than the most successful commercial heat-resistant magnesium alloy WE43.
