“一国两制”下的香港特别行政区与内地处在不同的法律体系中，需要加强了解和沟通。为此，本刊特别与香港特别行政区律政司合作，由他们的律师从不同角度、不同侧面对香港法律制度进行全方位的介绍。文章客观．严谨，对读者准确了解香港的法律制度十分有益。 从本期开始，本刊将连续刊登香港法制下的法律工作者、香港的刑事制度，香港的民事诉讼程序，香港的司法复核制度，以及香港的立法程序、法律渊源．法律条文诠释及《香港特别行政区基本法》等１３篇文章，也欢迎广大读者能就此提出你们感兴趣的话题。 承蒙香港特别行政区律政司梁爱诗司长为此作序，更增加了文章的权威性；而该司法律草拟专员严元治先生组织作者撰文，以及高级政府律师尹平笑女士在安排联络方面都做了不少积极的工作，特此感谢。我们的合作已有了良好的开端，一定能够继续下去。 ──编者
Under the “one country, two systems” principle, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Mainland are in different legal systems and need to be better informed and communicate with each other. To this end, we work with Department of Justice, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region especially by their lawyers from different angles and different aspects of Hong Kong’s legal system to provide a full range of introduction.
