面对组织外部环境的快速变化,电力企业通过推动组织变革以适应环境要求是获得持续成长的关键所在。人力资源作为组织变革的重要部分,在赢取组织变革成功中发挥关键作用。但是,电力企业现有人力资源管理无论是理念还是实践均与组织变革要求存在较大差距,需要采取切实有效措施实现战略转型,才能更好地为组织变革提供智力保障。
Facing the rapid changes in the external environment of the organization, power companies are critical to sustained growth by promoting organizational change to adapt to environmental requirements. As an important part of organizational change, human resources play a key role in winning the success of organizational change. However, there is a big gap between the current human resources management of the power company, both in terms of philosophy and practice, and organizational change requirements. Effective and effective measures must be taken to achieve strategic transformation in order to better provide intellectual protection for organizational change.
