在表演艺术中,没有比杂技更令人难以捉摸和概括的了。在它形形色色、五花八门的行当中,包含着那么多的交叉性,使人很难一下子把握住它的本质。有人认为它是表演艺术,应属于艺术范畴;有人觉得它以人体科学为基础,应该属于自然科学范畴;也有人说它的形态结构特征与舞蹈原理相同,也可以把它归入舞蹈艺术领域——杂技就这样长期处于艺术与技术、社会科学与自然科学的边缘。其实,杂技就是杂技,它就是它自己,无需将它寄人篱下。它就是这样与众
In the performing arts, there is nothing more elusive and general than acrobatics. In its varied and diverse business, it contains so much cross-cutting that it is hard to grasp the essence of it all at once. Some people think that it is a performing arts and should fall into the category of art. Some people think that it should belong to the category of natural science based on human science. Others say that its morphological features are the same as those of dancing, and that it can be classified as a dance art - Acrobatics thus remains at the brink of art and technology, social science and natural science.
