钢结构负载下焊接加固技术在目前加固工程中已应用广泛,但技术本身影响因素众多,过程控制综合复杂,国内外尚未有系统研究和实用结论。结合影响因素分析结果、国内外试验结果与GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》的计算结果对比,提出了新的负载下焊接加固钢构件的焊接残余变形的建议系数计算式以及负载下焊接加固压弯构件的平面外稳定承载力计算的改进建议。
Steel reinforcement technology has been widely used in the current reinforcement projects, but the technology itself has many influencing factors and the process control is complex and complicated. So far, there are no systematic studies and practical conclusions at home and abroad. Combined with the analysis of influencing factors, the results of domestic and foreign tests are compared with those of GB 50017-2003 “Code for Design of Steel Structures”, and a new formula of calculating the recommended coefficient for welding residual deformation of welded steel members under load is proposed.
