对50例45~70岁中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者进行经颅多普勒超声检查(TCD)。结果表明TCD总异常率为80.0%,显著异常率为58.0%,其中以血管狭窄为主者占36.0%,供血不足者18.0%。TCD的改变与当日血糖值和有无神经系统症状有关,而与年龄和病程无关。TCD能客观反映NIDDM患者脑血管病变的部位和性质,为NIDDM患者早期发现脑血管病变,提供了安全可靠、无创伤性的检测手段。
Transcranial Doppler echocardiography (TCD) was performed in 50 elderly patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) aged 45-70 years. The results showed that the total TCD abnormal rate was 80.0%, the significant abnormal rate was 58.0%, of which the main vascular stenosis accounted for 36.0%, 18.0% of the insufficient blood supply. TCD changes with the day of blood glucose and neurological symptoms have nothing to do, but has nothing to do with age and duration. TCD can objectively reflect the location and nature of cerebrovascular disease in NIDDM patients and provide a safe, reliable and noninvasive detection method for early detection of cerebrovascular diseases in NIDDM patients.
