蔬菜水果中的农药残留问题一直是被受关注的重点问题之一,农产品中农药残留通常采用气相色谱法进行检测。采用气相色谱法快速检测方法检测有机磷农药残留。有机磷农药以甲拌磷、甲基对硫磷为研究对象,乙腈为有机磷农药提取溶剂,经氯化钠盐析、提取后,进入毛细管柱进行分离,然后进入NPD检测器外标法进行定量。在0.04~2.0μg/m L范围内质量浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,甲拌磷检测限为0.04mg/kg,甲基对硫磷检测限为0.10mg/kg。相对标准偏差低于8.1%。该方法具有操作简便、灵敏、快速、准确等优点,能满足有机磷农药残留量检测的需要。
