今年以来,天津国际公司在巩固老客户,开拓新市场的同时,注重外派劳务人员的培训和管理,使外派劳务有后劲。经多方面的努力,第二季度外派海员劳务数量和在航船只均达历史同期最好水平。到5月末,对外签订外派海员劳务合同额372万美元,一个月就分别为3家外商船务公司配备了4条远洋轮的近百名海员。目前,由该公司外派海员的在航船只已达67条,在外海员1592人,分别比去年同期增长14%和10%。
Since the beginning of this year, Tianjin International has placed emphasis on the training and management of foreign service personnel while consolidating old customers and opening up new markets. Thanks to various efforts, the number of seafarers on assignment and the number of ships in service reached the best level in the same period in the second quarter. By the end of May, the foreign service contract for foreign seafarers was signed at 3.72 million U.S. dollars. A month, three foreign shipping companies were equipped with nearly four seafarers for four ocean-going vessels. At present, there are 67 onboard sailing ships dispatched by the company and 1,592 seafarers, which are respectively 14% and 10% higher than the same period of last year.
