目的探讨成人烟雾病不同阶段中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b-FGF)及血管源性生长因子(VEGF)的变化。方法回顾性分析2013年11月~2014年12月江西省人民医院(以下简称“我院”)神经内科住院的行全脑血管造影检查确诊为烟雾病的41例患者临床资料,根据Suzuki分期,8例患者为早期(Suzuki分期1~2期),17例为中期(Suzuki分期3~4期),16例为晚期(Suzuki分期5~6期),同时选择在我院诊治的40例脑动脉粥样硬化患者为阳性对照,另选择我院20例健康体检者为正常对照。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测上述人群血清中HGF、b-FGF及VEGF浓度。结果烟雾病早、中、晚期患者的HGF与动脉粥样硬化患者、健康人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。烟雾病晚期患者b-FGF与动脉粥样硬化患者、健康人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)烟雾病早期患者VEGF与动脉粥样硬化患者、健康人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烟雾病的发生发展过程HGF、b-FGF及VEGF均有参与,但三者作用并不相同,HGF可能在烟雾病整个发生发展过程中均发挥作用,而b-FGF可能在烟雾病晚期发生发展中发挥了作用,VEGF则可能在烟雾病早期发生发展中发挥了作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF) and vascular derived growth factor (VEGF) in different stages of adult moyamoya disease. Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with moyamoya disease confirmed by whole-cerebrovascular angiography in hospital from Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) from November 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the data of Suzuki Seven patients had early stage (stage 1 to 2 of Suzuki stage), 17 stage of middle stage (stage 3 to 4 of Suzuki stage), and 16 stage of late stage (stage 5 to 6 of Suzuki stage). At the same time, 40 Cases of cerebral atherosclerosis in patients with positive control, and the other 20 cases of physical examination in our hospital as a normal control. Serum levels of HGF, b-FGF and VEGF were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The levels of HGF in early, middle and late moyamoya disease patients were significantly higher than those in atherosclerotic and healthy subjects (P <0.05). There was significant difference between b-FGF and patients with atherosclerosis and healthy people in advanced moyamoya disease (P <0.05). There was significant difference between VEGF and atherosclerosis and healthy people in early moyamoya disease patients (P <0.05) P <0.05). Conclusions HGF, b-FGF and VEGF are involved in the development and progression of moyamoya disease, but their roles are not the same. HGF may play a role in the whole development and progression of moyamoya disease, while b-FGF may occur late in moyamoya disease Played a role in development, VEGF may play a role in the early development of moyamoya disease.
