(I) South Korea’s decision to import peppers from China: The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of South Korea has recently begun importing peppers from China to stabilize the domestic market. In South Korea, the wholesale price of peppers this year rose by 24.7% from last year, and the retail price rose 18.2%.
