目的总结长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)与甲状腺乳头状癌相关性的研究进展。方法复习涉及甲状腺乳头状癌相关lnc RNA的文献,对lnc RNA与甲状腺乳头状癌的关系进行总结。结果 MAP激酶通路和生长抑制相关非编码RNA(NAMA)、甲状腺乳头状癌易感候选基因3(PTCSC3)、BRAF激活的非编码RNA(BANCR)、母系表达基因3(MEG3)、NONHSAT037832、GAS8-AS1等在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中呈低表达。ENST00000537266、ENST00000426615、XLOC051122、XLOC006074、HOX基因的反义基因间RNA(HOTAIR)、INK4位点反义非编码RNA(ANRIL)、转移相关肺腺癌转录本1(MALAT1)等在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中呈高表达。上述lnc RNA可能参与了甲状腺乳头状癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和凋亡。结论 lnc RNA可能为甲状腺乳头状癌发病的分子机制和基因靶向治疗提供新的依据,可能成为诊断甲状腺乳头状癌的新分子指标。
Objective To summarize the research progress of the relationship between long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods To review literature related to lnc RNA in papillary thyroid carcinoma and to summarize the relationship between lnc RNA and papillary thyroid carcinoma. RESULTS: MAP kinase pathway was associated with NAMA, PTCSC3, BRAF-activated non-coding RNA (BANCR), maternal expression gene 3 (MEG3), NONHSAT037832, GAS8- AS1 in thyroid papillary carcinoma showed low expression. (HOTAIR), INK4 locus antisense non-coding RNA (ANRIL), metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1), etc. in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues In the high expression. The above lnc RNA may be involved in the proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma cells. Conclusions lnc RNA may provide new evidence for the molecular mechanism of genesis and gene therapy for thyroid papillary carcinoma and may be a new molecular marker for diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
