尽管个体过度自信一度被认为有利于创新活动,但团队成员过度自信与提升创新绩效之间的作用机理却不能简单移植。从认知社会网络的视角,借助情景实验,对过度自信、个体的社会网络中心性认知及其与个体创新绩效的关系进行深入研究后发现:过度自信作为个体认知偏差的主要表现形式,在团队创新活动中有可能成为制约个体创新绩效提升的瓶颈;过度自信导致个体高估其社会网络的结构嵌入特征,在降低认知社会网络准确度的同时,也使得高水平的个体创新绩效难以实现;社会网络中心性的自我认知在个体过度自信与创新绩效之间起到部分中介作用。个体过度自信与创新绩效之间深层互动规律的揭示,为管理者有效开展网络认知监控进而提高创新绩效提供了依据。

The revelation of the deep interaction between individual overconfidence and innovation performance provides the basis for managers to effectively monitor the network cognition and improve innovation performance.
